Can I place a telephone order?
Yes, we are available 8 AM to 6 PM EST for telephone orders or customer service at 561 883 2280 or 888 332 4288. When you call us to place an order, we destroy your credit card infomation after placing the order.

How do Chatt purse hooks work?
They work with gravity. Set the flat top of the hook on surface of a table or counter top. Place any handbag strap on the J hook underneath. The weight of the bag pulls on against the top and keeps the bag in place. A small rubber mat under the top prevents the hook from slipping.

What is your money back guarantee?
Chatt.Com has a 100% money back guarantee that you are completely satisfied with our products! In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase or feel they will not sell in your store, we will refund 100% of your money within 30 days after you receive your order. We issue credits within 3 business days after receiving your returned merchandise. You may also exchange any slow moving items with 45 days of purchase (except seasonal items).
